SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are currently shipping orders exclusively to The Netherlands and Belgium. If the order amount exceeds 250 EUR, we will deliver your order free of charge; however, if the amount of the shopping cart is less than 250 euros, we will apply a 25 EUR shipping fee. It's crucial to note that we cannot reroute packages or change the contents of your orders once they have been shipped. Therefore, we kindly ask you to take responsibility and double-check and ensure your shipping details, personal information, and selected items are accurate at checkout to avoid any potential delivery issues.
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. The expected delivery time varies per article, as shown on the website, and refers to the working days only (public holidays are not deemed as working days and will be excluded from the delivery time lead). When the order has been placed, Ona's Furniture will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking e-mail once the package is ready for delivery.
Long-dimension furniture like a wardrobe, single bed, or bookcase is delivered on a pallet for the product's safety during transit. Consequently, such a shipment will be delivered to the nearest entrance to the building. Small dimensions package will be delivered inside the building next to your apartment door - to any floor if the building has an elevator, and up to the second floor if the building does not have an elevator. Rest assured, the courier will contact you in advance to provide an estimated arrival time. Please note that trusted worldwide carriers ship all our orders.
