RETURNS

Are you not satisfied with your product? We are ready to help. All purchases from Ona's furniture have a cooling-off period of 14 days after delivery. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return period expires 14 days after the day of purchase.

How to return
To start a return, you have to follow these steps:

1. Select a "Customer Account" icon on our front of page or press this link:  account.onasfurniture.nl
2. Select "Orders"
3. Select the "Request return" button
4. Select the items you want to return
5. Choose the reason why you want to return it
6. Press the "Request return" button

After we receive your return request, we will send you a confirmation with a return label. Once you receive the return label, you have 14 days to return the product to Ona's Furniture.

7. Send your parcel to our warehouse, and remember to ask for proof of purchase, including a tracking number, from the postal service.

Items returned to us without completing the online Return request will not be accepted.

The condition of the product
There are 2 options you can return the product:

- Option 1: The product is undamaged and in the original, unopened packaging and meets all these conditions: the product is entirely complete and in its original condition; the product is unused; the product is clean, as the customer received it; the product must be equipped with the original manual and any supplied accessories. In this case, you will receive back 100% of the agreed purchase amount of the product.

Option 2: The product is undamaged, the original packaging is damaged or opened, but the product meets all these conditions: the product is unused, the product is clean, as the customer received it; the product must be equipped with the original manual and any supplied accessories. In this case, you will receive 85% of the purchase price of the product back.

Refunds
We refund all payments received from you when the order was placed, including delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery we offer). The refund will occur within 14 days after receiving your return parcel at our warehouse. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Return shipping costs
Please note that Ona's Furniture does not offer free returns. If you decide to return the product, you will bear the costs of returning it. Any damage that occurs during a return to Ona's Furniture is the responsibility and expense of the customer, and a corresponding amount will be deducted from a refund.

Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for another size, style, or color, please place a new order and return the items you want to exchange, applying the same procedure stated above in "How to Return".
